After a month of speculation, Tyler Dorsey officially joined the Dallas Mavericks on a two-way deal, as Shams Charania reports. Dorsey rejected offers from Olympiacos and Fenerbahce to return to the NBA hoping to curve a role in Dallas.

The 41st overall pick of the 2017 NBA Draft has career averages of 6.7 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.3 assists over 104 appearances with the Atlanta Hawks (2017-19) and Memphis Grizzlies (2019).

His team reached the EuroLeague Final Four in Belgrade for the first time in five years but, the Reds lost both games to Anadolu Efes and FC Barcelona. As a two-way player, Dorsey will be eligible to be active for up to 50 of his team’s 82 regular season games.
