Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks made a wild comeback and stunned the Cleveland Cavaliers in the play-in game (107-101).
Following their victory, the Hawks finished eighth in the Eastern Conference and will now take on the top-seeded Miami Heat. Game 1 will take place on Sunday.
Trailed by 14 in the first half, Atlanta turned things around in the second half to win the game. Led by Young, the Hawks outscored the Cavs 56-40 and escaped from Cleveland with a big victory.
Trae Young led five Hawks players in double figures. The All-Star guard scored 32 of his 38 points in the second half, while dishing nine assists.
Lauri Markkanen (26 points) and Darius Garland (21 points) combined for 47 points for the losing squad. Three more players scored in double figures for Cleveland.
After suffering their second straight loss in the play-in tournament, the Cavaliers got eliminated from the playoffs.
