Veteran guard Patty Mills has declined his player option, worth $6.2M, and has officially entered free agency. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Mills will attract significant interest in free agency, but he will also consider a return to the Brooklyn Nets.
Patty Mills appeared in 81 games with the Nets, averaging 11.4 points, 1.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists, on 40.8% shooting.
After spending 10 years with the San Antonio Spurs, the Australian guard joined Brooklyn, yet it is uncertain if he will return to the team next season.
Mills, who'll attract significant interest around the league, hasn't ruled out a return to the Nets, sources tell ESPN. https://t.co/V3bPS7LXRd — Adrian Wojnarowski (@wojespn) June 29, 2022
