Klay Thompson set multiple season highs in the blowout win of the Golden State Warriors over the Milwaukee Bucks (109-122).
The superstar guard went for 38 points, on 15/24 shooting and 8/14 from beyond the arc. Thompson set season highs in points and made three-pointers, while adding six rebounds and five assists.
Jordan Poole (30 points, 9/16 shooting, 5/8 from beyond the arc) and Andrew Wiggins (21 points, 8/16 shooting) combined for 51 points for the winners.
Giannis Antetokounmpo was the top scorer of the Bucks with 31 points (9/17 shooting). Four more players scored in double digits for the losing squad.

The Warriors took over after the first quarter and never looked back. With Klay Thompson leading the way, Golden State outscored Milwaukee 56-75 between the second and third quarter and cruised to the win.
The Warriors improved to 46-22 in the standings and are tied with the Memphis Grizzlies for second in the West. On the contrary, the Bucks saw their six-game winning streak come to an end and fell to 42-26. The reigning champions remained second in the East, 2.5 games below conference leaders Miami Heat (45-24).
After a five-game skid, Klay Thompson and the Warriors have now won three straight. On Monday, they will seek a fourth straight victory, as they host the Washington Wizards.
For their part, the Bucks failed to sweep the two-game season series with Golden State (1-1). They will attempt to return to the winning track on Monday, when they visit Salt Lake City to take on the Utah Jazz.
