Miami Heat rallied past the Chicago Bulls (99-112) and made another step towards claiming the top spot in the East.
The hosts took control from the opening tip, led by as many as 24 and cruised to an easy win. Five Heat players scored in double figures, with Gabe Vincent and Tyler Herro posting 20 each.
On the other hand, Zach LaVine led the way for Chicago with 22 points. DeMar DeRozan and Ayo Dosunmu added 18 each for the losing squad. DeRozan’s streak of at least 30 points came to an end at 10 consecutive games.

Miami extended its winning streak to four games and improved to 41-21, remaining on top of the East. They have now won nine of their last 10 and are two wins ahead of the Bulls (39-23).
The Heat also hold the tie-breaker over the Bulls, as they are 3-0 vs Chicago. Because of that, they have the upper hand in the battle for the top of the East.
Miami will travel to Milwaukee to face the Bucks on Wednesday, aiming to claim its fifth straight victory. On the contrary, Chicago will battle the Hawks in Atlanta on Thursday, seeking to snap its two-game losing streak.
