Mike Brown has been working as an assistant coach for the Golden State Warriors since 2016. Before that, he worked as a head coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers (2005-2010, 2013-2014) and the Los Angeles Lakers (2011-2013).
For its part, Sacramento wants Brown to guide the franchise back to the NBA playoffs. The Kings are entering their record 17th consecutive season without a postseason appearance.
