Marcus Smart says Celtics should ‘respond to fire with fire’ in Game 3 vs Warriors

Marcus Smart believes physicality will be key for the Boston Celtics in the rest of the series with the Golden State Warriors.

The star guard of the Celtics said Boston should ‘respond to fire with fire’ and turn things around in the series (1-1).

“I mean, you respond to fire with fire, right? We’ve just got to turn around and do the same thing. If he’s going to come in here and try to be physical, this is our house and we’ve got to protect it,” Marcus Smart told media, including Hedgeout.net, on Tuesday.

After an emphatic victory in Game 1 (120-108), the Celtics suffered a blowout loss in Game 2 (88-107). The series now shifts to Boston and TD Garden for Games 3 (Wednesday) and 4 (Friday).
