Luka Doncic will not be available for the Dallas Mavericks in Game 3 vs the Utah Jazz on Thursday.
The Slovenian superstar will miss his third straight game, as he is dealing with a left calf strain he sustained on April 10.
Doncic has made considerable progress, but his return is expected to take place on Saturday, April 23.

“I don’t know if I’m going to be 100 percent. I think that’s tough right now. But if I’m ready and there’s no risk of (further) injury, I’ll be out there.
I’m doing a lot of treatment, man. I’m tired of just laying down and doing treatment,” he told reporters on Wednesday, via NBA.com. The series between the Mavs and the Jazz is currently tied (1-1).
This season, Doncic averaged 28.4 points, 9.1 rebounds and 8.7 assists as he emerged as an NBA MVP candidate and led Dallas to its first 50-win season since 2014-15.
