Luka Doncic was unstoppable offensively (33 points, 13 rebounds) and led the Dallas Mavericks to an emphatic win over the Utah Jazz in Game 5 (77-102).
Doncic and Jalen Brunson (24 points) combined for 57 points for the winners, who never trailed in the game and led by as many as 33.
Jordan Clarkson (20 points off the bench) and Rudy Gobert (17 points) were the only players in double figures for the losing squad.
Dallas now leads the series 3-2, with Game 6 taking place on Thursday, April 28. The Mavs haven’t advanced to the second round since winning the 2011 NBA championship. Utah is in the playoffs for the sixth consecutive year, but hasn’t gone past the second round.
