Kyrie Irving is considered a candidate to play with LeBron James in the Lakers next season as he’s reportedly a target for the LA franchise after failing to come to an agreement on a new contract.
Both players will appear today in the Drew League and the speculation around playing together stimulated again. James will play in the Drew League for the first time since 2011 during the last NBA lockout.

The Drew League is well renowned in the basketball community of Los Angeles for bringing street legends, local players, and NBA greats for almost 50 years. Even for an athlete as big as James, this is poised to be a special moment.
In his last appearance, the Lakers’ superstar dropped 33 points, seven rebounds and 10 assists and brought shockwaves around the league with his dominance. In 2011 other legendary players like Kobe Bryant participated in the league.
