Irving erupted for a career-high 60 points. The All-Star guard shot at 20/31 from the field and 8/12 from beyond the arc. He also had six rebounds, four assists and four steals.

His 60 points came two nights after the 53-point performance of Kevin Durant in the win over the New York Knicks. Durant and Irving are the first pair of teammates in NBA history with 50+ points in back-to-back games.
Kyrie Irving became the second NBA player to score 60 points this season, after Karl-Anthony Towns.
Towns had 60 points in the 149-139 win of the Minnesota Timberwolves over the San Antonio Spurs on Monday. This is the first time NBA players have scored 60 points on back-to-back nights since 1962.
Following their victory, the Nets improved to 36-33 and extended their winning streak to four games. They are currently eight in the East, 2.5 games below 7th-placed Toronto Raptors (38-30).
Kyrie Irving and the Brooklyn Nets will return home to take on the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday.
