Reporting from Philadelphia
Miami Heat star guard Kyle Lowry is playing through a hamstring injury in the series with the Philadelphia 76ers.
Lowry missed Games 1 and 2, but has returned to action in the past two games. And he is willing to keep playing, no matter what his condition is.
“Put it this way: you don’t want to play with it. But, we’re in a situation where you’re in the playoffs where you’re in a hostile environment. We’re in this together no matter what.
And I’m just trying to be out there for my guys no matter what happens. No matter what the situation is,” Kyle Lowry told media after Game 4 loss (108-116).
Despite his desire to play, the All-Star guard will sit out Game 5, which will take place in Miami on Tuesday.
