Joel Embiid revealed how he felt as he had to sit out the first two games vs the Miami Heat with a facial injury and concussion symptoms.

His absence was a huge blow for the Philadelphia 76ers, who suffered consecutive defeats to Miami. However, his return in Game 3 helped the team remain alive.

After Game 3, the MVP candidate spoke with accredited media and revealed his frustration for missing Games 1 and 2.

“It was very annoying just watching. Obviously, we didn’t make shots, but we also made a lot of mistakes. Whether it was offensive rebounding or turnovers.

Their big fella, Bam [Adebayo], was dominating. And I was really pissed off watching another big man play well against my team.

It’s unfortunate. Can’t take it back. Now we’ve just got to focus on the next game,” Joel Embiid told media.

The leader of the Philadelphia 76ers spent 36 minutes on the floor and went for 18 points (on 5/12 shooting) and 11 rebounds.
