Joel Embiid made an interesting statement on load management and whether it is beneficial for him.
The superstar of the Philadelphia 76ers expressed his disagreement with load management. He also said he wants to play as much as possible to remain in shape.
“The more I play, the better it gets because if I’m playing every two days that means I don’t get out of shape, I keep continuing what I’ve been doing and I stayed healthier.
Looking back at it, I don’t agree with load management,” Joel Embiid said, via Derek Bodner of The Daily Six.
