Heat superstar Jimmy Butler shared his thoughts on the game and Miami having to go to Boston to win at least one game. The veteran superstar admitted the Celtics tried to embarrass Miami.

Miami Heat had a tough time in the second game of the Eastern Conference Finals as they lost the home advantage after the Celtics blew them out. The Heat started well, but it went downhill since the end the of the first quarter.

“They tried to embarrass us,” Butler told reporters. “They did embarrass us. So I think we got to realize that — use it as fuel, whatever you want to say — but realize that the game can get out of hand whenever you’re playing against a really good team like them, that can score the ball and get stops.”

Jimmy Butler had 29 points in 32 minutes for Miami including 16 points in the third quarter. The Celtics played at full health for the first time this series and showed their ability to dominate the game against any opponent.

“We got a tough job to do to go over there and win. But if they did it, we can do it as well,” Butler continued sharing his thoughts on the next two games.

The Heat have now won a single quarter through the first eight in this series. That’s a huge issue for Miami, who saw PJ Tucker going down with a knee injury. At the same time, Kyle Lowry is still sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Standing at 1 win for each team, the Heat will face Boston Saturday night in Game 3 of the series.
