Al Horford is playing great in the series vs the Milwaukee Bucks. However, in Game 4, the veteran big was a different beast. Horford exploded for 30 points on 11-of-14 shooting to lead the Celtics to a big win in Milwaukee.

The 35-year-old NBA veteran said that something “switched” with him following a dunk and staredown by Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo during the third quarter. Horford was on attack mode the rest of the way.

The Celtics outscored Bucks 43-28 in the fourth quarter coming back from an 11-point deficit in the third quarter. The former Florida prodigy had 16 points during that stint putting his team back in the driver’s seat.

“The way he was looking at me and was going about it didn’t sit well with me,” Horford told reporters. “At that point something switched with me.”

Tatum followed Horford with 12 points in the fourth quarter to complete the Celtics comeback. The Bucks did not have any answers, and they have to win at least one more game in Boston to advance to the EC Finals.

”Best vet we’ve ever had. Best vet I’ve ever had. He comes in, never changes whether things are going bad or good. He’s going to be him, and nine times out of 10, it’s going to work out in our favor,” Smart said after the game, via NBA.com.
