Doc Rivers denied the rumors about a move to the Los Angeles Lakers to replace former coach Frank Vogel.
The head coach of the Philadelphia 76ers said he has no desire to leave the franchise and wants to win with the Sixers.
“I have a job. We want to win here,” Rivers said, via Tom Moore of the Bucks County Courier Times.

Rivers is in his second season as Philadelphia head coach and has led the team to the postseason in both seasons. The Sixers are the No. 4 seed in the Eastern Conference and will face the Toronto Raptors in the first round of the playoffs.
Doc Rivers spent seven years as the head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers and led them to six playoff appearances.
For their part, the Lakers parted ways with Vogel on Monday and are now in search for a new head coach.
Several coaches have already been linked to the 17-time NBA champions, including Nick Nurse, Quin Snyder, Juwan Howard and Mark Jackson. The Lakers want to hire their new head coach by the NBA Draft on June 23.
