Ben Simmons seems to be a step away from making his long-awaited season debut with the Brooklyn Nets.

The former All-Star targets Game 4 vs the Boston Celtics on Monday for his debut with the Nets, barring any setback.

Simmons hasn’t played for Brooklyn since joining the team via a trade from the Philadephia 76ers on February 10.

Because of his dispute with Philadelphia front office, Ben Simmons hasn’t played at all this season. He was expected to play in late March, but a back injury delayed his debut with the Nets.

Brooklyn is currently trailing the series vs the Celtics (2-0). Game 3 takes place on Saturday night at Barclays Center and the Nets will aim to avoid a 3-0 deficit.
