Ben Simmons could make his debut as soon as Monday, Shams Charania of The Athletic. According to NBA insider, Simmons will make his debut in Game 4 of the series vs Boston.
After losing 107-114 Wednesday and going down 2-0, Nets hope the Australian can change the balance and help Brooklyn get back in the series.
Boston stole Game 1 on Sunday thanks to a buzzer-beating, game-winning layup by Jayson Tatum and were led by Jaylen Brown in a come-from-behind Game 2 win.
The series will shift to Brooklyn for Game 3 on Saturday.

Head coach Steve Nash appeared noncommittal on Simmons potential return. Simmons hasn’t played since a trade-deadline deal to the Nets in February because of a back injury.
The former Philadelphia 76ers point guard’s last NBA contest was Game 7 of the team’s surprising second-round playoff exit against the Atlanta Hawks last season.
Several reports suggested recently that Simmons’ injury situation was getting better and better. The three-time All-Star could become a crucial part of the Nets’ team in the future.
However, for now, his potential return in a high-intensity playoff game after not playing all year seems to be a considerable risk.
Although the point-forward could be a great asset in the defensive end, his long absence from real competitive basketball could make him a non-factor in the first-round series.
