Anthony Edwards made an interesting statement about playing against top stars in the NBA, like LeBron James and Kevin Durant.
Edwards, one of the best players of the Minnesota Timberwolves, said he has extra motivation when facing NBA GOATs.
“Any time I see one of those GOATs in front of me, I’m trying to go at them. Every time. I’m not passing. That’s what’s in my mind.
Every time I see a LeBron, Kevin Durant, everybody in that category, I’m trying to go at them,” Edwards said after the win over the Lakers on Wednesday, via Dan Moore of Bring Me The News.

Anthony Edwards went for 27 points, six rebounds, four assists and two steals vs the “King”, helping the Wolves claim an emphatic victory.
The 20-year-old guard and No.1 pick of the 2020 NBA Draft has appeared in 61 games for Minnesota this season. He is averaging 21 points, 4.7 boards and 3.7 assists.
Anthony Edwards and LeBron James could collide again in mid-April for a place in the postseason. Both the Wolves and the Lakers are in the play-in tournament spots.
