Tomas Satoransky shared his excitement about the possibility of playing alongside Jan Vesely in Barcelona. The Czech guard examines the option to return to the EuroLeague and play for the Catalans.
Satoransky said he hasn’t made a decision yet on whether he will remain in the NBA or he will return to Europe.
“I saw Barcelona is interested in signing Jan Vesely. I would certainly be happy to play alongside him, even though he hasn’t made a decision yet,” Satoransky said, via Eurohoops.net.
For his part, Vesely has already received an offer from the “Blaugrana” and, according to reports, he is expected to sign a three-year deal.
In addition, Satoransky is expected to attract interest from several EuroLeague teams, but it seems Barcelona would be the frontrunner to sign him.
Satoransky and Vesely are expected to join the Czech national team and compete in the EuroBasket. They will take on Finland, Poland, Serbia, Israel and the Netherlands in the group stage.
