Sasha Vezenkov was named EuroLeague Round 32 MVP after the forward led Olympiacos to an 80-94 victory over ASVEL.

Vezenkov scored 18 points by making 6 of 9 two-point shots and 2 of 5 three-pointers. He pulled down 10 rebounds, for the only double-double of Round 23. He also posted 2 assists, 1 steal and 2 fouls drawn. Vezenkov’s performance index rating of 26 topped all winning players in Round 32, marking his second MVP honor this season and the fourth of his career.
The highest-rated performance in Round 32 belonged to Vasilije Micic of Anadolu Efes Istanbul, who had a PIR of 28 in a loss against AX Armani Exchange Milan. Micic scored 27 points to go with 5 assists, 2 rebounds and drew 5 fouls.
Three players – Keenan Evan of Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv and ALBA Berlin duo of Luke Sikma and Maodo Lo – compiled PIRs of 23 each to complete the list of Round 32’s top performers.
Evans collected 19 points, 3 steals and 2 rebounds in a thrilling win over Real Madrid; Lo had 22 points, had 4 assists and 4 rebounds, while Sikma picked up 13 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists in their team’s win over Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade.
Individual leaders: Walter Tavares, Real, 12 rebounds
Anadolu Efes Istanbul guard Vasilije Micic led all scorers in Round 32 with 27 points. Micic solidified his place as the top scorer so far this season, improving his average to 18.1 points. Real Madrid center Walter Tavares had 12 rebounds, more than any player the round.
Georgios Papagiannis of Panathinaikos OPAP Athens remains the league leader with 7.9 rebounds per game. FC Barcelona playmaker Nick Calathes had 10 assists, the most of all players in Round 32. UNICS Kazan guard Lorenzo Brown leads the EuroLeague in assists with 6.1 per game.
Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv guard Keenan Evans, Olympiacos Piraeus guard Thomas Walkup and Real forward Guerschon Yabusele led all players in the round with 3 steals apiece. John Brown of UNICS is the leader in steals this season with 2.8 on average.
Christ Koumadje of ALBA Berlin, Adam Hanga and Tavares of Real, Donta Hall of AS Monaco, Nicolo Melli of AX Armani Exchange Milan and Dylan Osetkowski of LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne each had 2 blocks in Round 32. Tavares is season’s top shot-blocker with 1.7 per game.
