FC Barcelona announced on Monday that big man Brandon Davies will miss the next three games, because of injury.

Davies left the game vs Badalona on Sunday and didn’t return. He underwent medical tests that showed a right shoulder injury.

As a result, he will miss the next three games of the Catalans vs Murcia (29/03), Olympiacos (01/04) and Andorra (03/04), respectively.

The “Blaugrana” expect Brandon Davies to be 100% ready by the start of the EuroLeague playoffs on April 19. FC Barcelona has already clinched the top spot in the standings and will have the home-court advantage in the postseason.

They will take on the eight seed on the table in a best-of-five series. At the same time, FC Barcelona has the upper hand in the battle for the top spot in the ACB. Despite Sunday’s loss, they are on top, at 19-5. Real Madrid is just a game below, at 19-6.

For his part, Brandon Davies is averaging 10.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 29 EuroLeague games. In the Spanish League, he is averaging 10.7 points, 3.5 boards and 1.9 assists.
