After three seasons with the club, Anadolu Efes and Chris Singleton parted ways, the club announced Tuesday. Singleton was an integral part of the team during its EuroLeague back-to-back title runs.
He also helped the team secure two Turkish BSL title in three seasons. He began his career with the Washington Wizards and landed in Europe for the first time in 2015-16 with Lokomotiv Kuban.
He also played for Panathinaikos (2016-2018) and FC Barcelona (2019) before joining the Turkish powerhouse. He averaged 6.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 12 Turkish BSL games with Efes during the 2021-22 campaign.
He registered posted 3.9 points, 2.8 rebounds and 0.4 assists in 17 minutes through 36 EuroLeague contests and helped his team secure the trophy for the second time in the row. Singleton was the 18th overall pick of the 2011 NBA Draft.
