The second window of the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup Qualifiers tipped off on Thursday with eight games.
Four European powerhouses (Lithuania, France, Spain and Russia) remained undefeated and improved to 3-0.
The Lithuanians survived a late thriller over Bosnia and Herzegovina (77-78). For their part, the Spaniards dominated Ukraine (88-74), while France crushed Portugal (94-56).
Last but not least, the Russians rallied past the Netherlands (80-69). On the contrary, the Czech Republic missed its third straight game and remained winless in the Qualifiers.
Day 2 of the second window continues on Friday, with seven matches taking place.
